Dan Mondelli was named Head Baseball Coach at Raritan Valley on August 16th, 2022. Mondelli comes to RVCC after a brief stint as the Associate Head Coach at Region XIX rival, County College of Morris. Mondelli has over thirty years of coaching experience at various high schools and colleges. 

When asked about coming to Raritan Valley, Mondelli said, "I am honored and excited to be leading the RVCC baseball program. I would like to thank Athletic Director Joe Pavlow for this great opportunity. I look forward to helping these young men develop the tools necessary to be succesful on and off the diamond.

Mondelli takes over for Pavlow, who performed double duty as the athletic director and head baseball coach in the spring of '22. Mondelli will look to improve upon last year's record of 10-23. Pavlow said, "We are really excited for Dan to take over and hit the ground running. He knows the area so well we are excited about the future classes he will recruit to the RVCC campus." 

Jeremy Duran is entering his fifth season as a college baseball coach with a diverse and impressive background in the sport. He began his coaching career as the General Manager for the ABCCL (Atlantic Baseball Confederation Collegiate League), where he honed his skills in team management and player development. Jeremy’s early coaching experience also includes a significant role at County College of Morris, where he helped elevate the program with his dedication to building strong, competitive teams. Jeremy then moved to Felician University, where his impact was immediately felt. During his time there, he was an integral part of the team that clinched the CACC Conference Championship, showcasing his ability to coach and inspire players to perform at the highest level. With his varied experience across different levels of college baseball, Jeremy brings a unique perspective to his coaching approach, blending leadership, strategy, and a commitment to developing athletes both on and off the field. As he enters his 2nd Season at Raritan, Jeremy remains focused on continuing to build successful programs and cultivating a winning culture. Coach Duran is Responsible for Recruiting in addition to working with the infielders, full offensive approach and Devoloping Hitting strategies.
