North Branch, NJ-- The RVCC women's volleyball team picked up a victory in the Region XIX playoffs over Union County College on Saturday in three sets. The Lions won by set scores of 25-16, 25-11, and 25-17.
Freshman outside hitter Chandra Ramlogan led the way for RVCC as she finished with seven kills and five aces. On offense sophomore setter Ashley Hunt totaled 12 assists and on the defensive end sophomore libero Hannah Eisenstein had a team high 15 digs.
With the victory the Lions are in the semifinals! Next up is an away game against vs Ocean on Saturday, October 21st @ Bucks County Community College.
