Lions improve to 12-1 vs MCC

North Branch, NJ-- The RVCC women's volleyball team defeated a Middlesex County College team Thursday night in three sets. In the first set, the Lions were off to a great start winning 25-13. In a back and forth second set, RVCC was able to come up with the win 25-21. Then to end the game the Lions finished off strong wining the third set 25-14.

Leading the way for the lions was Freshman outside hitter Chandra Ramlogan she tallied 11 kills and 16 digs. Sophomore setter Ashley Hunt ran the offense efficiently as she racked up 11 assists and four serve aces. Sophomore libero Hannah Eisenstein was strong on the defensive end as she totaled 17 digs.

With the win the Lions improved their record to an outstanding 12-1 on the season, next up is a home game vs Brookdale on Saturday, September 30th at 12:00pm.
