Sewell, NJ-- The RVCC women's volleyball team defeated Rowan College at Gloucester County on Thursday night in three sets. The Lions won by set scores of 25-9, 25-7, and 25-20. 

Freshman outside hitter Chandra Ramlogan led the way for RVCC as she finished with nine kills on 20 attempts (30%). Sophomore opposite hitter Brooke Scheier tallied seven kills on 12 attempts (50%), and sophomore setter Ashley Hunt totaled 16 assists. Sophomore libero Hannah Eisenstein had a team high eight digs.

With the victory the Lions continue their early season success as they are currently 6-0 on the season. They are also 6-0 in Region XIX play, and 5-0 in Garden State Athletic Conference play. 

Next up is a home game against Bronx Community College on Friday, September 15th beginning at 7pm.
