Westfield, MA --The RVCC men's cross country team places 6th out of 28 schools at the 2017 NJCAA National Championship!
The men's team finished with a total time of 2:22:44.40. Sophomore Robert Spies led the way for the lions as he finished with a time of 26:38.3 He finished in fifth place out of 203 runners. Sophomore Jake Thoden finished in 21st place with a time of 27:30.8 , sophomore Collin Diedhiou placed 46th with a time of 28:47.2, freshman Frankie Arevalo took 65th place with a time of 29:18.8, and freshman Luis Monterroso finished 99th with a time of 30:29.3 . On the women's side, freshman Tessa Senel finished in 37th place with a time of 21:39.8
