North Branch, NJ - The RVCC Women's Soccer Team had a lot of fun while giving back to their community this past Sunday. Coach Giuseppe Pennetti organized an event designed to provide food and clothes to those in need this holiday season while also helping his team, and future recruits, to play some soccer. 

The RVCC Women's soccer team, as well as other local high school seniors, were able to participate in the indoor soccer event if they brought food or clothes to be donated. The food will be given to the campus Food Bank for all members of the RVCC community in need and the clothing will be given to a local organization. 

Coach Pennetti helped revive the women's soccer program this season as a club team and led the team to three wins, only a year after the program was nonexistent. Next year the team will compete at the varsity level for the first time in several years.
