North Branch, NJ-- The RVCC women's soccer team fell to Middlesex County College by a final score of 1-3.
Middlesex got on the board first in the fifth minute, however, the lion's fought back scoring at the 15 minute mark, the goal was by sophmore midfielder Mariana Munoz making the score 1-1. Going into the half the score was 1-2 Middlesex leading, however, Middlesex scored once more leaving the Lions scoreless in the second half.
The Lions had a total of 5 shots, 4 on goal. Freshman goalkeeper Madeline Huntingdon played strong at goal having 16 saves.
Next up for the Lions is an away game against County College of Morris Thursday October 12th @330.
