North Branch, NJ-- The RVCC women's soccer team falls to Cumberland County College by a final score of 1-3.
The Lions got on the board first in the fifth minute when sophmopre midfielder Mariana Munoz scored. Going into the half the score was tied up 1-1, however, Cumberland scored twice more leaving the Lions scoreless in the second half.
The Lions were aggressive on offense having a total of 14 shots 12 on goal. Freshman goalkeeper Madeline Huntingdon played strong at goal having 6 saves.
Next up for the Lions is a home game against Middlesex County College Tuesday October 10th @330.
