Phil Herro was named Assistant Athletic Director at RVCC in October 2023. He is also the head women's volleyball and head women's basketball coach, and will enter his eighth season as both in the Fall of 2023. Prior to taking over those programs, Herro spent the past four seasons as the men's basketball assistant coach. 

Herro resides in Bound Brook, NJ.
