North Branch, NJ-- The RVCC women's basketball team win their season opener vs Bergen Community College Tuesday night by a final score of 75-65. The lions had a back and forth first half but lead 47-35 going into halftime, and were able to secure the victory! .

Three Lions finished scoring in double figures, and leading the way was Freshman Olivia Nelson with 18 points. Sophmore Ashley Hunt finished with 15 and freshmen Adrienne Amey with 14.

With the win RVCC starts the season 1-0, and next up is a home game on Saturday, November 11^th @1.
