North Branch, NJ- On Thursday, November 16th the RVCC men's basketball team defeated Ocean County College by a final score of 102-67. The Lions started the game strong and went on a 9-0 run! At the half the lions were up 51-25 and kept the momentum going to secure the victory.
Five lions scored in double digits and leading the way was freshman guard Kayton Darley, he finished with 22 points. Sophomore guard Isaac Neal tallied 17 points 7 assist, sophomore forward Mckay LeDuke had 13 points 8 rebounds, freshman guard Rick'keem Mixson and freshman forward Brandon Hampton each contributed 12 points.
The men's basketball team is now 3-0 on the season, next up is the lions first away game vs Mercer County Community College Tuesday, November 21st @7!
