Men's Basketball Victorious Against Camden County

The RVCC men's basketball team defeated Camden County College this past Saturday by a final score of 79-64. With the victory the Golden Lions improve to 16-8 on the season. RVCC held a 37-32 halftime lead and clinched the win with an impressive second half performance.

Leading the way was sophomore guard James Richardson, with 29 points and seven assists. Richardson was an efficent 12 of 13 from the free throw line. Freshman guard Logan Santiago added 15 points, while sophomore forward Bridson Rivera had 11. Freshman center ThankGod Okenwa played well again, putting up 8 points and grabbing 12 rebounds.

As a team the Golden Lions were efficient from the free throw line and three point land, going 23-28 from the line and 8-14 from three. 

Next up is the final regular season home game Tuesday the 16th against Brookdale Community College at 7 pm.
