The RVCC men's basketball team defeated Lackawanna College Tuesday night by a score of 97-90. With the win the Golden Lions improved to 10-6 on the season. They held a 53-43 lead at halftime, and outplayed Lackawanna in the second.

Leading the scoring for RVCC was sophomore forward Bridson Rivera with 27 points and 12 rebounds. Fellow sophomore James Richardson scored 26 and had eight assists, and freshman guard Zaire Robinson contributed off of the bench with 12 points. 

The Golden Lions shot the three ball well, going 9-20 for the game. Rivera went 6-11 from downtown. 

Next up for RVCC is an away game against Union County on Thursday the 21st at 7pm.
