North Branch-- In an entertaining forty minutes of basketball, the RVCC Golden Lions topped Cumberland County College 73-72. With .4 seconds remaining and down 72-70, the ball was inbounded to sophomore guard James Richardson and he drained the three pointer for the win at the buzzer.

Richardson led the way with 25 points for the Golden Lions, and added six assists. Sophomore forward Bridson Rivera had a double double, scoring 12 points and grabbing 11 rebounds. Freshman guard Logan Santiago added 14 points.

With this exciting victory. the Golden Lions improve to 6-3 on the season. Next up is a home game Tuesday, December 8th against Rowan College at 7 pm.
